Fields of Faith 2011

All I need to say is WOW!!! Fields of Faith was not only a complete success but a night of freedom!

Over all we had around 700 people in attendance at fields of faith! We had over 17 churches that threw down the walls of their denomination and doctrine to worship the King of Kings The Lords of Lords!!! Jesus!!! Seriously what a night..

The day started off with myself, cchs fca leaders, and our special guest speaker Christian Chapman speaking to La Follette Middle School and challenging them to come to Fields of Faith at Jacksboro Middle School.

We were able to speak to each grade for around 15 minutes!

Later on that day we were able to go visit the Campbell Co. High School football team and speak with them for a few minutes. Here is a pic of Christian speaking to the team.

The event consisted of testimonies, worship, skits, and a challenge like no other! We were blessed to hear Gunner St. John give his testimony, Head Football Coach of the Campbell Co. Cougars Justin Price giving his testimony as well, an amazing skit presented by the FCA Lead Team from CCHS, Amazing worship with Calling Glory ( www.callingglory.com), and a great challenge and message from Christian Chapman a NASCAR and Minor League Baseball Chaplain. (www.christianchapman.com)

Coach Justin Price

One of the most amazing things to see is people coming to Christ. During the night we had around 150 youth accept Christ for the first time or recommit their lives to Jesus!

At the end of the service I challenged the crowd to get into groups and pray! Pray for our community, pray for school, church, friends, family, etc..
This was an amazing time. Can you imagine 100's of people spread out around the football field and the track at JMS all praying together, covering Campbell Co. in prayer like no other!!!

In conclusion... uh...WOW! God is doing some amazing things here in the county and region. But, this is only the beginning. We can not stop here. God gave us the vision to do this, but he is also calling us to do such a big thing here in Campbell Co. We have GOT TO KEEP GOING!!! WE CAN NOT STOP WITH THIS. Especially the guys and girls that made decisions that night. It only gets harder. This is not a cruse ship, BUT A BATTLE SHIP!!! In the name of Jesus we will defeat the enemy. Just wait... This is only the beginning to what is to come!!

Our God..

Our God is greater..awesome..powerful..loving..forgiving..and a lot of other awesome words! haha

Well we are in the last 48 hours before the biggest event ever to hit Campbell Co. FCA Fields of Faith! WO! Let me tell you how amazing how awesome our God is! When the 10 day forecast came out I woke up.. checked it and got sick.. We were looking at around 50% chance of rain at one point on Wend say well after continuations prayer and being obedient God has moved it all around us and it looks like the forecast is calling for the rain to come Tuesday up to 70% by some down to AM showers around 10% chance on Wednesday! PRAISE GOD! oh yea not to mention Thursday with thunderstorms haha

Sometimes we pray and pray and then when God blesses us and answers a pray we are like WOOOOO!!!! GOD IS SO AMAZING!!! But, why are we not always like this? Look outside.. this time of year is so beautiful wow! I mean Praise God for Fall and the beautiful colors. How many times have you thanked God for being able to get out of a nice bed? or being able to taste, smell, or see?!?!? I mean Praise God!!!

We need to realize that everyday is a praise every day we need to thank God not only when he answers prayers. Our God is an awesome God! Always be thankful Always praise him no matter what. He gives us the things he does because we use that to Glorify his name!!!
